Privacy policy

The short version

Eel Rush doesn’t collect any personal data. There are no ads, no accounts and no third-party analytics or tracking. Purchases are handled by Apple, and every purchase is behind a parental gate.

Who we are

Eel Rush is made by Indie SaaS Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Eel Rush app for iPhone and iPad and this website.

What the game collects

Nothing. Eel Rush has no sign-in or accounts and never asks for a name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information. It doesn’t send anything about you or your device to us or to anyone else.

Your game progress

Your stars, unlocked eels, best scores and settings are saved on your device only. We can’t see them. Deleting the app deletes them. If your device is backed up to iCloud, your progress may be included in that backup, which Apple looks after.

No ads, analytics or tracking

The game shows no ads and contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking code. It doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Buying the full game

The free download includes Learn to Play and Shallow Reef. One in-app purchase unlocks the rest of the game. Apple handles the purchase through the App Store, so we never see your payment details; Apple’s own privacy policy covers it. Every purchase first asks a grown-up to answer a question at a parental gate, so children can’t buy anything by themselves.

Children

Eel Rush is made for children. Because we don’t collect personal information from anyone, we don’t collect it from children either.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party scripts; its fonts and images are served from this site. Like most websites, our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for a short time to keep the site secure and working.
